Ashley has been my acupuncturist and herbalist for over a year! She has a wonderful bedside manner, I feel super comfortable and safe in her office. Her needling is so gentle, which Is great because I’m afraid of needles.  She walks me through the process and answers my questions in ways I understand.  I feel like I learn more about Chinese medicine and acupuncture every time I visit. She also provides great lifestyle recommendations- books, meditation apps, etc! I’m so grateful to be in her care
